Senior Management Team Individual Coaching
Setting: The senior sales leader of a major bank’s newly formed Commercial Banking division launched a coaching skills training program for himself, his direct reports, and their team leaders.
He engaged a Clarity consultant to provide personal coaching to himself and his direct reports (on a voluntary basis) to ensure that they modeled the approach, applied the skill, and increased their proficiency with the coaching process.
Clarity assisted the senior sales leader and the three of his five direct reports who participated in the process to complete a self-assessment, set specific goals for improving their coaching, and develop and implement specific action plans that were reviewed with Clarity once per month.
Outcomes: The senior sales leader and two of his direct reports met or exceeded their personal goals for improvement in their coaching skills and impact within a four month period.

Individual Sales Manager Coaching
Setting: A well-respected, seasoned, commercial banking sales team leader at a regional bank, feeling burned out and dissatisfied with her performance, sought coaching from her manager, who engaged a Clarity consultant as a coach.
Clarity assisted the team leader to assess her strengths and weaknesses as a sales team leader, establish specific improvement goals and time lines for completion, define action plans to achieve each of the individual goals, and develop an implementation plan including tracking, feedback from her team members, and a “cheering” support group.
Outcomes: Within four weeks of beginning the coaching process, the sales team leader and her manager reported a significant improvement in the sales team leader’s engagement, enthusiasm for her work, and confidence in her effectiveness. Her work is ongoing at this point.
